A small sized stoneware bowl in the shape of a dory boat with wheels. It has a tall bow and stern. Slab built high fire stoneware with a satin turmeric yellow glaze on the inside and a rubbed back ambrosia yellow stain over the textured exterior. There is a little round stamped crashing wave image on each side. This is a food safe item. It measures a bit over 6" in length, 3" in width in the center, and is about 4-1/2" in height. It is elevated on four rounded wheels. It will make a stunning conversation piece! Makes a great candy dish! I will be making more of these, check back for different colors! AND –the wheels actually turn, although you won't be winning any soap box derby races with these. The clay wheels are fastened with nuts and spacers.
