This round covered jar is about 2-1/2" wide, and 3-1/2" high. It has a matte Turmeric Yellow glaze on the top and inside, and an un-glazed, stained textured pattern on the outside, rubbed with a black ceramic oxide. The jar has an opening for a spoon or small scoop. This piece is high fired stoneware, food and dishwasher safe. It is one of a kind, although I make this shape and pigment/glaze combination often. The salt cellar comes with either a wood or metal spoon - specify in a note when ordering.
